Creative chicken breast recipes?

I buy the dry bbq rubs and put over a dry skinless chicken breast, leave in a bag or covered bowl in the fridge overnight to marinade, then put into the oven to roast. The rub acts like a skin and helps keep it moist. I slice it and place it in a wrap with light mayo, watercress, tomatos and cucumber, A tasty lunch,
or
serve with a jacket potato and veg
