Mission I'mPOSSIBLE Phit and Phabulous

This page is for people who are ready to take back their health through wholesome nutrition changes and a more active lifestyle. It is designed to believe in the statement Mission I'mPOSSIBLE instead of believing in Mission impossible. It is for those who are interested in a healthy lifestyle and living the life they have always dreamed about. We are not put on this earth to be tired, lazy or overweight. We were put on this earth to explore and believe in all possibilities. So the purpose of this group is to support and encourage each other to be healthy, unique, inspiring, and confident person. We are meant to live our lives to the fullest and to be healthy, PHit and PHabulous! This group is organized by Beachbody Coach, PE Teacher, Marathon Runner and Wellness/Fitness Masters degree holder. In my practice, I coach individuals who want to lose weight and turn around their health using a holistic approach. I have started this group as a way to reach out and share my expertise in health & wellness with a broader group of people. At times, it can be difficult to keep up healthy habits, and knowing a great group of supportive people can help! Meet other people who are interested in making lasting friendships, sharing their stories, and working together to reach their personal health goals. Let's all B-Amazing together!

That is how I want to live my life!!! In order to do that I have to have complete control of ME. Do you have control of YOU? Workouts, food and everything else... It is hard right? Let's do this...let's be Phit and Phabulous together!

Name one thing you feel you have no control of??

For me I feel I have no control over my work. I am not pleased with my job...so it brings me down mentally and physically during the day. If I don't workout in the morning...I am to tired to do it after work. So me taking control is getting up at 4:30 AM to show that I am strong and can do it.... It sets my tone of the day.

I like the idea of this thread because i feel like i could use more support. Im started to get discouraged because ive been working out and eating pretty good for close to a month and im not losing any weight. I dont understand why this is happening. I keep telling my self it will catch up with me but in the mean time its a little discouraging.

I feel like i have no controll over my self control. So i got a work out buddy and i dont say discourageing things to myself and i dont let myself make excuses.

Are you strength training? You might be building muscle. Else, try shocking your body by mixing up your workouts...if you don't keep switching your workouts or make them more intense ever so often, your body will get used to the workout and you'll be less effective burning calories. Keep at it :)
