I just wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself. I found this site while looking for a way to log my caloric intake, wt. loss and such. I have been on other sites, but this site seems to be very user friendly. I am trying to lose about 98 pounds. That is such a big number, but I know it can be done. In my younger years, I did all of the fad diets and lost wt. so quickly, but never really taught myself the right way. That's why I am here. I am practicing patience and trying to do it the right way. I feel so motivated looking at some of the profiles here...I feel I am in the right place.

Keep posting. Last year I tried to just do food diary and exercise log to lose weight. I did not lose much with out support. This year I'm posting at least once a day to let people know how I'm doing.0
