Does anyone else have trouble doing some of the moves in Ripped in 30? I have been doing week 2 and don't want to move on because I cannot do some of the moves, even if they are in the easier mode I still have trouble. Sepcifically the "table" exercise where you roll your body into a table stand. I physically cannot hunch forward enough so that I have enough arm length to lift my butt from the ground! I'm seriously considering that my arms just aren't long enough to do this exercise! Has anyone else had this problem?

I can BARELY do the table. I don't think my arms aren't long enough, I just think my butt is too big! My butt barely brushes the floor when I do it, but I doubt you could see "daylight" which is what she wants! haha. Maybe just hold the table position instead of going up and down? If I can't do stuff I just try to do something similar so I can keep my HR up.

I HATE in the cardio part where she goes from the plank jacks to the mountain climbers for the two minutes without taking a break from the plank. My whole body violently shakes until I crumble into a sad, sweaty heap on my mat. Just gotta push my sad heap back up and try again! Oh Jillian.

I cant not do those either. I always did something else when those came up. And like alpine1994 said, the cardio part is so hard for me. I actually stopped doing it in the second week so I never made it to week 3 or 4. I plan on doing it soon. I am doing the Shred along with other workouts for now.

Keep at it! In level three Jillian says it's OK if you can't get your tush off the floor, and as long as you're feeling it in your abs & low back then you're doing it right.

I loved it when she said (in level 2) that you're not going to die by being uncomfortable. What will happen is your body will adapt. So true! Do as much as you can for as long as you can, and you will see some pretty amazing changes. You really are stronger and more capable than you think you are!
