Well to be honest I have been on this roller coaster ride a few times before, weight up and down just like my motivation. This last year has been one of the hardest I have ever dealt with but I am trying to stay positive and keep motivated. Its been harder this time to keep my workouts going and even harder to control my eating habits. I am an emotional eater and it gets to me more than I would like to admit.
For those of you who have a hard time staying on track, what are some of the things that help you guys keep your motivation??
