High Carb Low Cal Snacks/Breakfast

Options
I'm looking for some High Carb Low Cal Snacks or Breakfast ideas. I'm looking for ideas for something of substance to get my blood sugar up and held over time so not liquid sugar. Currently, I like Chewy bars (Smores' 19 carbs 90 cals) and Special K bars (Choco PB 17 carbs, 110 cals).

fruits like canteloupe, pears, mangoes, raspberries, bananas, and apples have a lot of fiber to keep you full for relatively few calories.

What do you consider high carb? What do you consider low cal?

Holding it over time means slower digesting... granola would be my first thought.

If you want stable blood sugar I'd recommend high protein with maybe one serving (~20g, ~100cals) of whole grain carb. A piece of whole grain toast, a whole grain tortilla, half a whole grain bagel or English muffin. Maybe a serving of fruit. This is coming from someone with severe hypoglycemia.
