Shall I up my intake? Advice please!

Currently I've been aiming for a net amount of 1700 calories:) I just started MFP this week. Monday my net was 1345, Tuesday 1270, Wednesday 1695 and today (thanks to an unwelcome mini binge this afternoon) it looks like I'll have a net of anywhere from 2000-2200. I was doing great up until yesterday afternoon when I had some peanut butter, which is a major binge trigger for me. My current stats are
Height: 5'5
Weight: 112-113 pounds
Goal weight: 110 pounds
And I am a female haha. Do you think that 1700 is too low an amount for me? I exercise 4/7 days a week usually, and burn a minimum of 200 calories each time I do so. Would you suggest upping to 1800 maybe? Or shall I just stick to 1700, forget about today and try and do my best tomorrow to make up for today? Thanks in advance!

You're only looking to lose 2-3lbs? Yup, up your calories. Your TDEE (based on age, height, weight, and activity level) is ~2100 calories a day. Try eating at 90% that (~1890 a day) for a bit (at least a month) to see what happens. That calorie level should net you a little less than half a pound a week, which is a good amount since you have so little to lose.0

Is that what MFP set for you?
You have very little to lose 1700 calories is perfectly adequate. And it looks like you're going to average under your net for the week. Sounds good.
I'm 5'10" and have easily stuck to 1310.
P.S. One peanut butter spoonful is not going to kill you. But bingeing is always bad. And it since it's early and you're that much over, that wasn't a small one - it was more than half your calories for the day.0 -
Yeah only 2-3:) I used to be 117 pounds but that was because I gained a whole bunch over the summer from too much drinking and parties haha. Okay thank you!! I forgot to mention- I also tend to binge on weekends really badly, but so far it hasn't seemed to affect my weight loss...I mean I still lost weight just really slowly. I'll try adjusting my calories to that amount for a week!0

Is that what MFP set for you?
No I set it myself. MFP set 1500 calories for me for some reason, but I know for a fact that I could NEVER manage that so I turned to a different online calc which gave me 1781 calories, and just settled on 1700 insteadP.S. One peanut butter spoonful is not going to kill you. But bingeing is always bad. That was yesterday:/ today it was...1 apple without skin (61), 3 heaped tbsp yoghurt (87), 1 peach apricot bar (89), 1 nectarine (62), 1/2 of a small banana (46) and 15 roasted salted pistachios (52). Then 2 jam sandwich creams (150) with 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter (100) and 1 1/2 tbsp nutella (150) on 1 slice of raisin loaf (98). Total= 880 cals
So pretty bad, but no where near as bad as my weekend binges sometimes are0
