how do i maintain muscle?

i have the amount of muscle that i'm happy with. now how do i keep it?? if it helps to know...i don't have much muscle mass, but i do have definition.

do i keep doing what i'm doing, which is fine with me?

is it okay to eat at maintenance?

yadda, yadda...what else do i need to know?

    continue to weight lift and lift heavier weights i think is the answer. continue to eat at your TDEE (maintenance) and eat quality food with lots of protein. this is the answer i keep hearing again and again. not that i always do this, but it's a goal of mine.
