Always in a state of change...

I have had a MFP account for a little while now, but not really used it until this week. That being said, I am looking for any and all support. :)

The past couple of years have been hard for me to keep the weight off. I have always been athletic and healthy, but I travel for my job and took on a more stressful position in 2010 and I have really struggled since then. I find that the hardest part for me is always being in travel status. That means I'm usually in a hotel or at an airport. In 2010, I worked across country and lived in a hotel for a year. It's hard to keep my eating healthy in those situations. I really struggle when I can not cook for myself and am left with grabbing prepared food from a restaurant or grocery store. Any thoughts or insight on how to eat healthy and exercise while always traveling would be welcomed!

My life might always be in a constant state of change, but I would like to work to ensure that my body/weight/confidence is not.
