Happy New Year MFP!!! All are welcome to join this topic... it's a daily check in.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a 2 mile walk and didn't have any chinese food.
What would I have done differently? Go to the gym and track my calories
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

Here's my daily check in...
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I haven't made a personal goal...maybe I should think about that!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Yes, I worked out on my eliptical machine. My day started off as an eating disaster then I recovered by eating a great dinner and exercising to keep under my calories. I'm proud of that because it is very easy for me to give up and "start fresh the next day."
What would I have done differently? I would have ate healtier during the morning so I wouldn't have to recover in the afternoon/evening.
What is today's personal goals? Sweat alot tonight during my workout...i mean I want it pouring down my face!0 -

Lots.

Stay within my calories and get my butt to the gym.
Glad this is still running. I usually sign off from work in the morning by the time this pops up and then i'm just too lazy to search for it. But I'm more determined than ever to be accountable. So thank you GoldK0 -

Do you think it would be easier if I used one post per week - Daily Check In - Week of 1/4? This way it will be easier to locate (at least until Monday :laugh: )0
