Hello all! I don't know about anybody else but I'm glad to see 2009 gone. It's wasn't one of my best years. I lost a lot of weight the last time I used the site...but got sick, depressed and could go on and on but there are no more excuses and I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself. So with the encourgement from my husband and this site I think I will do well. IT'S ON!

Has anyone every done a cleansing system from GNC? My husband did one at the end of 2009 and he lost right at 8 pounds. So I will be doing that next week.

    Please post your results on that. I'm really curious about those cleansings, but have never tried them.

    Will do. My husband picked up the package for me today. I'll let you know how it turns out.
