My name is Kat, i live in NW Arkansas. I have struggled with my weight all my life and i have got to change. I was on this board about 2 years ago and lost but of coarse i quit. I am determined to do this, i have to do this. I am bigger now than i have ever been and this is going to kill me if i don't do something about it now. So today is a new day, and everyday is a new day. S:smile: o if i mess up one day i just have to start over the next and not give up!

    I hear you! I am the same way. Such a quiter when it comes to dieting. Today not anymore! I am so sick of being in this fat body it makes my skin crawl. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you lose tones!!!! :smile:
