NSV! Protein Edition!

My NSV for the day is kind of nice. I'm a Carbaholic. Usually I way overshoot my carbs for the day, and way undershoot for the protein. Today I overshot my proteins before the carbs, and still have calories left over!

My gameplan was to start by staying within my daily calories, then cleaning up how I heat as I go along. I think this is working for me.

I did gain a little bit back...whups. But at least MFP is keeping me honest and I cannot kid myself about why I gained it. Not burning off excess calories does that to ya. :0)
