Goal vs. Net

Ok so I am trying to lose weight. After putting in my wight goal and all of that in to MFP it says my calories goal is 1280. I am currently doing P90X and another fitness class so I am burning a LOT of calories also. My question is, at the end of the day when I have logged all my food and all of my excersize what should I be shooting for? Should my goal match my net after workouts or should my goal match my food intake??? I am trying to lose 2lbs a week. HELP!
