After a couple of months of keeping up with MFP I've managed to lose 31lb, and finally got round to introducing myself. I'm 47, in the UK, and a proud but overweight daddy! Feeling good about the weight loss so far, and looking forward to keeping it up. Would welcome some new friends/chatmates.

    Welcome! I have been using MFP since May this year and have loved the support and energy of the sight. Glad to see you reaching out to the social circle. :)
