I used this site ALOT last year to maintain my weight. I reached my goals and everything stayed just right for almost an entire year!! Yey for meeting my goals :heart: During this year my husband was deployed. Since he's come home so have the pounds! It's not toatally out of control yet, but I do notice my pants are no longer comfy :laugh:

    Good luck in your efforts to get your weight back into control. I used Myfitnesspal over a year ago and managed to stay happy with my weight. For a year I was without internet and reconnected with my old love. Now, you know the old saying fat & happy? I am at my all-time heaviest and have 20 pounds to lose before our upcoming wedding in June! Good luck!

    Good luck to you :flowerforyou: Fat and happy :laugh: I did ask him if he could go on a vaction for a week so I wouldn't have to smell the great food he cooks :laugh:
