wanting to build muscles and chasing the elusive 6 pack!

I'm actually following the MFT plan and IF ,very pleased with the progress ! Refocusing my goals,as it seemed nothing can stop me know,Id like also to build more muscles and may be own my 6 pack one day! ;-)
I understand the best way to do is lifting weight ( I do 10 k walking every other day brisk walk,after 20 years on the couch!)
Cant really afford a personal trainer at the moment,would like some recommendations,may be a good site ,where to start and to progress with weight lifting!

    7 exercises is all you need to get ripped

    bench press, rows, pullups, military press, squats, cleans, lunges.



    and if you are new to losing weight dont IF yet, just control your caloric intake with a normal protocol, IF benefits are miniscule and highly debatable.
