Exercise

Just wondering today as I was jogging in my basement if I can count it as exercise? I have issues with walking/jogging/running outside and not being near a restroom. I opt to do this type of exercise in my house because I just have body function issues. Anyway that was probably way TMI. I usually drop off kids to school and as soon as I step back in the house I grab water and will either do a Leslie Sansone walking dvd or turn on whatever I find and jog in place to make sure I am getting a workout in. Just wondering if anyone besides me counts this as exercise? Whichever I choose I always make sure it is not less than 30 minutes.

Um...yes! You are being more active and that helps to burn calories. Consider investing in some free weights and do strength training as well.0
