Crazy what 90 days does to your tummy!

90 days in of a lifestyle change!

Here is the quick run down of what I have been doing

RI30- I do this three days a week (sometimes 2 if I don't feel like listening to Jillian's voice.) I do each level for two weeks. The first week I did 5lbs weights. The second week I did 8lbs. I'm going through the dvd a second time and using only 8lbs weights and I plan on doing it a third time alternating weeks with 8lbs and 10lbs.

DDP Yoga- I do this three days a week too. I follow the schedule the program made so it will change when I change my level. The whole program will last 9months. I am on week 9 or 10 now.

Run- I run three days a week. I started off running maybe two laps (if that) around a church parking lot...and that was with stopping and walking a lot. I have slowly progressed to running 3 miles each time.


Eating- I started off at 1200 calories and not eating my exercise ones back.....I only lost 2lbs in a month doing that. So I upped my calories to 1300 and started eating some of my exercise ones back. I eat about 1500+ altogether. And I have been losing double what I was. I eat what I want. I eat mostly healthy, but if I want fries... I eat fries! I have one cheat day where I just don't stress about counting every calorie I eat. I also drink 1-2 Body by Vi Shakes...I do not think these are "magic." However, they keep me full and are quick to make. That is why I take them.

    Wow that is amazing wut did you do? Just eating right? Or did you that 90 day ab program?
