husbands new schedule and finding time to workout!

I have been blessed in the past with my husband having evenings off and getting to do my workouts... runs mostly while he was with our boys. Now, he is back to working evenings and is not getting home until 9 or 10 p.m. and running with my boys is not really an option. I have every intention of getting up early and going for a run in the mornings but its been 2 weeks and it has not happened yet. anyone have any tips or can anyone help me get motivated to get my butt out of bed?
