When you first started

How much weight were you dropping and where there a time where it just kinda stuck there for a while before dropping again?

  • I started out losing 3.5lbs a week. Now I am losing 1 lb a week. It's been 82 days since I started this journey.

    I started MFP 9/07 (two weeks ago tomorrow) and have lost 10 lbs, though the official weigh-in is Sat. That is A. probably including some water weight B. due to the fact that I had a baby 3 1/2 months ago and have extra to lose C. too much too fast and have been tweaking to ensure a steadier, slower loss. Preceding my re-starting MFP, I lost a lot of lbs right after baby (238->212), plateaued and started working out and eating better to get from 212-198, then I started hard-core recording everything in MFP.

    Pre-pregnancy I was about 165, with my lowest adult weight at about 135 (5'11")
