Hello! Referred here by a friend. I have tried numerous weight loss programs. I want to be healthy to be more productive at home and at work, but seems like I sabotage my progress. I do look forward to the groups and topics and on-line community.

    Hey there Diane! Glad your making the choice to get healthy. A step in the right direction for sure. Take it slow and don't try to force the process. Make sure you eat and exercise, drink water. Personally I'm working on drinking more water. It's difficult for me to drink 8 glasses of water for some reason. Anyways make every day count and do your best! :) Happy losing!
