Ok so looking for ideas on how to make this even better:
1 medium banana
1 cup kale
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup strawberries
1/2 scoop protien powder
I drink this when I am sore but what other foods help aches?

Chocolate milk is suppose to work great. Personally I do fish oil as well.0

Yeah, fish oil is supposed to help with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)0
