Prefecting my ouchy smoothie

Ok so looking for ideas on how to make this even better:

1 medium banana
1 cup kale
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup strawberries
1/2 scoop protien powder

I drink this when I am sore but what other foods help aches?

    I did't know that was good for sore mucsles sweet I take that in the mornings

    I bought a tube of herb puree; makes it really easy to squeeze a bunch in.

    Chocolate milk is suppose to work great. Personally I do fish oil as well.

    Yeah, fish oil is supposed to help with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)

    i cant have a lot of milk makes me sick but my protien powder is chocolate :D
