  • I am obsessed with K Pop. When I workout, I turn on my K Pop playlist and it keeps me going. I just have to avoid Gangnam Style because I just end up doing the horse dance instead of doing what I am supposed to.

Normally I'll lesson to either Metal or Melody Trance or Dubstep or Classical while exercising. Depends on the mood I'm in.
  • I like to try and find DJ sets so you get an hour or so of a continuos uninterrupted mix - Krafty Kuts is definitely my favourite at the moment. His sets are full of breaks, beats, funk and groovy tunes.
Also like my drum n base, dub step, breaks, drumstep - anything with a beat and up tempo
  • I listen to pop most of the time. I feel like a TOTAL queen when I'm running and lifting. Britney, Gaga, Katy, Ke$ha, stuff like that. I digz it. The A Fever You Can't Sweat Out album by Panic! At The Disco is FRICKIN AWESOME to workout to also. And Stadium Love by Metric gets me going. And Let Me Think About it by Ida Corr vs. Fedde le Grande, it makes me get my sexy face on. And angry Linkin Park songs push me too.........and some rap here and there. Basically anything with a decent beat and rhythm.
