Hi, I was told by my doctor that I needed to loose weight (what else is new). He let me try a diet pill but there were too many side
effects (not being able to sleep, pain in my side as well as being jittery all day long.) So, I went to my trusty iPad and found this site. It is working out very well for me. I have already lost a little weight, not hungry in between . I am finding it hard to eat all the calories that it tells me to (I know that sounds strange but it's true). I am confident that I can stick with this program because you have a place to record everything and that's what I need. I have the app on my phone as well as my iPad so it's pretty easy to keep track.
