stuck and need to find a way to keep ithe weight going down

I started my challenge at 260 lbs in May of 2009. I worked out twice a day and watched what I ate. Nov. 17th at the end of my works "biggest loser' i weighed 217 lbs. Its now Jan 3 and I still weigh 217lbs. I still watch what I eat and work out twice a day (cadio for 1/2 hour then work out for 45 to hr) I even changed up how what i work working out. Still no more weight loss. I just start a new challenge and was seeing if anyone had any ideas how to get the last 20 lbs off.

    eliminate all sugar/white flour, try it for 2 weeks and see what happens

    Add fresh juice to your diet, I find that it keeps you full and it's a great way to consume raw fruits and vegetables!

    Carrot - 3
    Celery - 2
    Apple - 1
    Parsley - handful

    Carrot - 2
    Celery - 1
    Apple - 1
    broccoli - 1 stalk

    Carrot - 3
    Apple - 1
    Spinach - 1 cup

    orange - 2
    grapefruit - 1/2
    lemon - 1/4 with peel
