Help please! Peri-menopause has begun!

Ladies, any suggestions on how to keep the weight off? Anyone who has been through or going through now have any advice? Do I need to cut back on calories and/or exercise MORE? UGH! Thanks for suggestions.

    I to am pre-menopausel...isn't it fun! :) And yes you have to exercise... not sure how much you want to lose but or maintain but you need to eat as much non-processed food as possible-fresh fruit/veggies...an you will probably hate this as much as I do but it helps if you give up caffeine, sugar an alcohol...I am not compeletly there I just keep removing things out of my diet every week-wish you the very best success on your journey

    Doing Weight Watchers Momentum and walking is the only thing that has helped me lose the menopause weight!
