I'm so inconsistent. :(

I have had a horrible week. I hate my inconsistencies. I think I've gained 7lbs this week. I don't like myself. I am admittedly depressed but not all the time and incredibly embarrassed about my appearance and weight. I have been attaching my worth to my weight. It's been 9 weeks since I've had my baby boy and I haven't lost a single pound since my 2nd week post partum. I'm supposed to be the positive encouraging one but those feelings are fleeting at best.

    Learn to preplan your days. This way you'll know you get all the right foods in and not go over fat/carbs and get enough fiber/protein. Also learn to drink alot of water 10+ cups a day to help clear your system out.
