Use 1 envelope of hot chocolate, I use the fat free for only 25 calories and melt in 1/2 tsp of peanut butter. You would not believe the way the peanut butter enhances the chocolate. Yummo...and all for 41 little calories! It worked perfectly curing my pre dinner munchies too!

So do you prepare the hot chocolate according to directions and then add the peanut butter?0

Yes, I boiled my water..then added the cocoa mix, stirred it like normal and then added the peanut butter. Some peanut butter was in the bottom of the cup after it was almost gone so just mix well, unless you like one last big shot of peanut butter-chocolate goodness to finish off with!0
