Is this a good amount of Carbs?

I am taking in about 200 carbs a day - MFP has set me to 199 carbs....i just did a bit of research on what a good amount of carbs are for a person trying to lose weight or maintain - the recommended was about 100-150.

I have tons of weight to lose, and I have about 75lbs to go...Light activity a day lifestyle.

What do you think?

    I'm doing 50carb/30fat/20protein and I'm losing weight at a decent pace. Everybody reacts differently. Personally keep on going with what you have and change it when you start to stop losing weight. If its not broken don't fix it.
