Looking for Iron-rich recipes

Okay, I'm rather iron deficient, but I can't take iron pills with medications that I'm on (long story, don't want to go into it), so I'm trying to get the iron through diet (like we're supposed to).
I know to eat spinnach, and beef, and pasta, and whatnot. I want recipes.
I'm looking for recipes that are also low cal.
Does anyone have any high-iron recipes they'd like to share?
Prefferably those that don't include parmesean cheese or barley, wheat, malt, or algea/sea weed (Monosodium Glutamate intolerance), but I'll consider them if they don't include very much of these ingrediants.
Thanks for your help!!
