    My Game plan is to not let my wife do the planning this year so that we can be at the shops when they open. not when they are super busy.

    Not a fan of super long lines or overcrowded shops myself. Patience is a virtue, but like you said, it's better to get there early to avoid all of that chaos.

    On that note, Maybe all adults of the world should unite and pay a company a monthly fee to deliver presents to our houses on christmas day. That way we are not lying to our kids (not that i have any yet) and all adult will start loving this time of the year again.
