    Morning actually. I've already gotten most my sleep. My patterns are shifting a bit.

    Oh I know. The reason is that I usually can't sleep through the night. But last night I was able to get most of my sleep when I was supposed to so I'm actually up when I should be!

    Quality sleep helps, but my patterns do shift about. Unfortunately, I seem to revert back to insomnia during the night.

    rest is very important to me lack of sleep makes me an irratable b!tch - woke up at 3.15am today but was lucky to get back to sleep

    the trick is to get into a routine (Mum words) i swear when i was a child i had insomina.... gladly as an adult i'm ok
