Starting today no more mindless eating... I have been doing that for the last several months. It is so easy just to eat and not actually think about it. I know this site will help keep me focused and try to plan!!! PLANNING is key... but with all the directions we all get pulled sometimes the planning gets put to the side.

I am going to make exercises and eating mindfully my priority. worked out today already so feeling good. See ya on the board.

    this is the place to be, when i started calculating my food intake wow, leaving the alcohol alone, to many calories. so maybe once a month of partying :drinker: thats it, maybe none. Good luck to the new you and healthy eating.
