Anyone else find themselves on my fitness pal more than facebook?
There are so many threads to read on mfp than on facebook. Also, when I get the munchies, I look at the success stories thread and it helps to keep me motivated. Seeing before and after pictures of people really makes me want to stay an track that much more!

I couldn't tell you. I must be the only less then 40 year old without a Facebook page.0

I'm on here 99.99999% of the time, as opposed to FB. That site is getting stale IMO....0

I pretty much just update FB from my phone and catch up with friends but I rarely spend time on there and take part in anything anymore. Sometimes, I have to keep myself from using MFP like Facebook, though. I don't want to annoy people with random status updates. I miss the "like" button, though.0

Same
I Probably annoy some people though because I post all the time. I do warn people of this in friend requests though0 -

I use this site much more because I enjoy the discussions. But my facebook is pretty important for staying in touch with old friends and exchanging pics and whatnot.0

Facebook is boring, I never even update my status or anything. If I do get on, I just check and see what everyone else is up to.0

I hardly ever go to facebook.....and if I do it's to talk about something awesome from MFP!! lol0

MFP > FB
Facebook is full of drama and stupid posts like "omg I can't believe I drank so much!!"
MFP actually has useful things to read. More people on MFP actually read and comment on things I post and support a healthier lifestyle.0 -
I'm on here WAY more than FB. In fact, I'd probably never use my FB at all if I wasn't the social media manager where I work. Other than using it for my job, I hardly ever post on FB anymore. MFP has far more interesting topics and I agree, I like seeing the success stories and just engaging with people who are on the same journey as I am. I'm so glad I found this place. :drinker:0
