Saved up weekly calories

I started dieting on Monday. I have stuck to my diet, been exercising and drinking lots and lots of water. I used to eat lots of fatty food, no water whatsoever and had pub nights twice a week.

My boyfriend and I rarely have time to ourselves and I don't want to stop going out for a drink (or six) altogether. I am always slightly under my daily calorie intake and don't use my exercise calories. I was wondering what your thoughts were about me saving my extra calories per week and allowing myself one evening a week where I can go out for a few vodka and diet cokes and only use my spare calories for the week without jeopardising my hard work.

What are your thoughts?

  • Of course you can go, diet is not supposed to be a prison. Just do it smart: Maby instead of fries and mayo you an have baked potatos an ketchup. My favourite low cal drink: Vodka+ sparkling water+ lemon/ lemon juice. And don't eat anything that you don't really want.
