easy protein bar recipe please :)

i have been doing strength and cardio every morning for around 60mins 6 days a week and decided i want to start having protien bars for breakfast as i usually have fruit.

i dont want to buy them as they are expensive! so im looking to make my own but im not great in kitchen! i would love a low cal, high protein recipe please

    What you need:

    Protein Powder (I prefer chocolate)
    Peanut Butter (I choose natural with no added sugar)
    optional: Stevia
    Water

    Directions:
    Put 1 scoop of protein powder in a small bowl and add 1-2TABLE spoons of water, mix until it looks like pancake batter.
    Once it looks like pancake batter, add 1/2 TABLE spoon of peanutt butter; mix all the way through.
    Optional: add stevia
    Microwave for 30 seconds
    Enjoy

    Nutrition: 168 Calories, 11 carbs, 31g of protein

    I got this from another forum. It's one I've been wanting to try. I'm sure however, the calories would change though depending on the PB you use and protein powder! (I use EAS Lean Muscle and PB2, but something tells me regular PB would work best for this)
