So Frusturating!

I just started back with MFP after a very slack summer. I have been sticking to my calories and jogging/walking 30 minutes every day. I have drastically cut back on my alcohol intake (which has always been my worst problem calorie wise) but the scale hasn't moved since I started two weeks ago! I feel great, my energy level is way up, my mood/attitude has definitely improved but it just makes me want to scream that I haven't lost any weight! When I did this last winter the two pounds a week dropped off easily. If I hadn't had such success before I would just give up now. I'm just venting. Any advice would be welcomed.
