What should I change? Cals up or down?

Can anyone have a look through my diary and give me some tips on what I need to cut out to lose some middle fat. I have a very very bad addiction to ice cream and reece peanut butter treats so I know they one needs to go but am I eating to much or too little to continue losing weight. I have stalled at the 157 mark. I would like to weigh somewhere between the 130-140 mark but really wouldn't care if I just lost my middle rings. I am trying to train for a marathon so generally work out most day sas well so looking for some good protein options low on fat and carbs. I am a vegetarian and wheat and gluten is my enemy. Any help appreciated.

    Best bet would be drop the peanut butter, ice cream and cookies and if that doesnt work try swop 5-10 percent of your carbs for protein and see how you feel
