Low cal and Healthy Carrot Cake

Low Calorie Carrot Cake Recipe:
3egg whites
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1carrot grated
1/2c unsweetened apple sauce (you don't even need that much)
1/4c unsweetened almond milk
2tbsp plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/2c oatmeal (dry)
Once all ingredients are in blender sprinkle cinnamon and blend. Pour into baking pan and disperse raisins. Bake on 400 for aprox 35min
If you need icing I used 2tbsp plain fat free Greek yogurt, 2tbsp fat free cream cheese and 2packets sweetener. If you want it flavored then add 1/2 crystal light packet like lemon flavor.
