Fighting Seasonal Affective Disorder/depression

It's FALL! I've just realized that I should start using my light therapy box again--it boosts my mood and helps me stay more active overall... and feeling good and moving my butt will help me stick with my lifestyle changes. Ten minutes in the morning while I check e-mail and drink coffee makes a huge difference for me. Remembering to take vitamins helps too!
It seems early, but winter will be here before we know it. (heck, last year we got 3' of snow in October!) I figure it's best to be proactive and start planning/changing/doing NOW so things go well later.
What do you guys do to beat the winter blues and stay on track?
