Overdosing on ....

Hi , Im quite new to Fitness Pal, Im MH and I find it hard not to overdose on proteins , carbs , etc. I dont find out till end of the day that I 've done it. Anyone have any tips on this.

    Since I bring my food with me to work, I log everything I will eat before I pack it. That way I know where I stand from the very beginning. Our evening meals are preplanned to some extent, so I can log that too. It takes a bit of patience to get to that point, but it keeps me on track!

    Just keep eating the fruits and veggies as much as possible. I make a conscience effort to throw in at least 2 pieces of fruit per day in my bag.

    I wouldn't worry about overdoing it on Protein. Especially if you're working out. I always try to go a bit over on protein. And like the other poster, i log before eating. Helps keep me on track.
