Hello -

My friend and I have been working out, doing different challenges that we have found online (www.skinnyms.com), and we want to know if you are interested in joining us too! It's free and the workouts take place in Minnetonka, MN. Most of them are indoors but if it is nice enough out we will go outside too!

let me know if you are interested in joining us - schedule varies and is flexible. And if you aren't in the area but want to join us from wherever you are, let me know that too! We will find a way to get you a copy of our programs we have been following so you can be on the same page and workout with us as we go!
