i really want to make some protein bars for breakfast after insanity, and iv found a great recipe that requires 4 scoops of vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder and it says that its 119cals per bar.
yet iv been looking at getting some protein and per like 25g it is saying its 99cals i need like 140g for the recipe and this makes 12 but there is also peanut butter in it and oats so it can possibly equal 119cals or am i just dumb
please tell me the best and cheapest low cal protein i can get in uk
thanks!!
