bariatrics diet

i have been on a revised version of the Atkins diet ,give to me by my bariatrics team of Dr. i have lost 30 lbs from mid April 2012 to June 4 2012 when i had a gastric sleeve surgery since then i have lost another 24 lbs as of today ...even before surgery i just could not believe how fast and easy the weight was coming off ....i have struggled with my weight all my life and now for it to come off this easy was just great ... i only walk for 30 min 5 days a week up and down my driveway (it is long)... if any one would like a copy of this diet i will be glad to email it to them...oh and the best part of this is i NO longer have to use any insulin and i no longer take amaryl and they have reduced my metformin to 1000mg a day instead of 2000 mg and they will reduce that every couple of months my Diabetes is almost gone and i no longer take benazepril for high blood pressure either i feel so great ! just another 46 lbs to go :) good luck to you all !!!!
