Just wanted everyone to know that I have a couple tips to share with you of what my success has been these past 3 months. Ive lost about 24 lbs so far and feeling great.
1. Keep your sugars and sodium under the amount that is allowed to you each day. If you have more sodium , drink more water.
2. I alternate my calories every other day. One day I will have between 1100 and 1200 calories of what you are allowed and next day I will eat only 850 - 900 calories. This works for me....Its worth a try for yourself.
3. Always have your calcium if its in milk , or yogurt or any other dairy products. I heard you lose weight faster eating dairy products. I usually eat these every other day.
4. Exercise...Its hard to lose weight without exercising. Do not use your exercise calories.. You will lose more weight if you don't. I usually just walk...walk my dog..do walking exercises on video...I dont do strenuous exercises as some people but its whatever works for you.
5. Drink your 8 glasses of water everyday or more if you can. Its important.
6. I usually eat foods that are high in protein and low in sugar. Its ok if you go over protein on a daily basis. Its good for you.
This is just for me and maybe you want to try these tips also. They are only tips in case you are interested. Im not an expert by no means but its only what has worked for me by learning from other people on this site. Be focused...just remember...stick to whatever works for you! and Good Luck!!! One thing I do is eat nutrient dense foods. And almost nothing processed. Or packaged. If you have to unwrap your snack it's probably not good for you.0
