Mini victory of the week

I'm sure many topics like this have been started before, but here goes:
What was your small victory for the week?
Mine:
Normally when I binge or have a bad weekend, I stop logging. I figure "Ugh, why is it even worth tracking" - plus, I don't want to know, haha - and then I fall off the wagon.
But for more than a week I have logged EVERYTHING. The good and the bad. It's been disheartening to see how those calories add up, but I believe next week, being educated will help me make better choices!
I'm sure this is small potatoes to some but I'm proud of myself. Here's to small changes!
