half of a single serving container of plain non fat greek yogurt
half of a sliced banana
packet of trevia
I just made it, and lovee it! about 180 calories..

I would eat something post-workout too, that's just not a lot of food. But sure, if it tastes good, and fuels your workout, it's a great breakfast.0
