Spring Lake/Howarth Park Hiking group - Santa Rosa, CA

Hi,

Is anyone interested in joining an informal hiking group in Santa Rosa CA? I live close to Howarth Park/ Spring Lake./ Annadel. I would like to have a group of mfp pals who are interested in hiking the park. Depending upon interest we could meet once a month to hike. Or maybe there is enough interest to do it more frequently. If there is enough people maybe we can have a variety of times available so people could participate as much or as little as they want. Maybe people might want to bring along their friends/family too. Even just meeting a new hiking pal for an occasional spontaneous hike would be great.

I am a 50 year old mother of 2 grown children who loves to cook. I want to get into better shape so I can remain healthy as I age. I'm open to meeting anyone regardless of age or weightloss goals, etc. Feel free to respond here or drop me an email.
