Just wanted to compare calorie intake.. My weight loss has been pretty slow, with a plateau for the last 4 weeks. I'm eating 1200 calories, + 500 to supplement for exclusive breastfeeding. I do not eat back my workout calories (following the turbo fire 6 day/ week schedule). I am not losing! I dont want to risk my milk supply by cutting my calories any more.. just wondered what was working for other mamas.. thanks!

    the range for EBF is eating 1500-1800 cals/day. higher # of feedings, the higher the # of cals needed. check out kellymom.com.
